Peanut Butter Stuffed M&M Cookies

Recipe for Peanut Butter Stuffed M&M Cookies 1 cup butter softened to room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilia extract 3 cups all purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 cup + 1/2 cup mini M&M's 1 1/2 cups peanut butter Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until fully incorporated. Fold in the mini M&Ms. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Scoop small balls of peanut butter onto a baking sheet covered in wax paper, or parchment paper. Place the tray in the freezer until hard, at very least 1 hour. Scoop 2 tbsp of dough and divide in half, place a frozen peanut butter ball in the centre and roll the dough around it making sure to cover any cracks. Place the dough at least 4 inches apart from each other on a baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy!
