Recipe for Liquorice Cookies 1 cup of butter softened to room temperature 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilia extract 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 cups liquorice chunks Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth. Fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until fully incorporated. Fold in liquorice chunks. On a baking sheet covered in parchment paper, scoop 2 tbsp balls of dough at least 3 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy!
