Rocky Road Cookies

Recipe for Rocky Road Cookies 1 cup butter softened to room temperature 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanila extract 2 cups all purpose flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 + 1/4 cup chopped almonds 1 1/2 + 1/4 cup dehydrated marshmallows 1 + 1/4 cup chocolate chips Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until smooth. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until fully incorporated. Fold in 1 cup of chopped almonds, 1 1/2 dehydrated marshmallows, and 1 cup of chocolate chips. In a separate bowl mix together 1/4 cup chopped almonds, 1/4 cup dehydrated marshmallows, and 1/4 cup chopped chocolate chips. Scoop 2 Tbsp of dough and roll it in the mixture. Place dough balls on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350°F
