Butter Tart Cookies

1 1/2 cups unsalted butter softened to room temperature 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilia extract 3 1/2 all purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until smooth. fold in the flour and salt until fully combined. For best results chill the dough while you make the filling. 1 cup brown sugar 2 large eggs 1/2 cup golden corn syrup 1/4 cup melted butter 1 tsp vanilia extract Mix together brown sugar, eggs, corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla until smooth. Scoop 1 tbsp balls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Using your thumb press an indent into the balls. Fill each cookie with 2 tsp of butter tart filling. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy!
